Floor work & Fluidity!
Ready to make your dancing more sassy and sexy? Or maybe you simply want to feel more graceful and fluid? This 2 week series will be designed toward helping you achieve an even more beautiful movement quality to your dance work when off the pole, and get a great work-out at the same time. During this class, we will work on improving and enhancing body isolations, along with learning some fun, floor work tricks and combintions. You can see a little sample here:
This class is open to dancers of all levels and abilities! Students should wear a comfortable top, long pants, or long leg warmers for class. Knee pads can be a plus! Stilettos are not required, but can make it more fun! If you choose not to wear stilettos, please bring long socks – this will make it easier to slide on the floor.
