Class Pack Options

Our Pole classes are structured around building upon spins, static poses, and climbs. As the student progresses to the higher levels, inversions and more complex movements will be introduced. Learning how to maintain proper flow into and out of tricks is incorporated with a fun combination using some of the moves taught during class.  For your safety and a better learning experience, students should attend their proper level placement.  Please contact the studio, or refer to the class descriptions to determine which class is right for you!  Each student gets their own pole for the entire class time!

  • Online Classes (Zoom):  $25 drop-in

  • Drop-in Pole (in-studio): $35 per class

  • 2 pack Pole pass (in-studio): $65

  • 3 pack Pole pass (in-studio): $90

  • 4 pack Pole pass (in-studio): $110

  • 8 pack Pole pass (in-studio):  $185

  • Floor Flow:  $25

  • Drop-in Flexibility Class or Foam Roller Class: $10

  •  Self Care Pass: $35 (good for 4 flexibility or foam roller classes)

  • Open Pole Practice :  $10

Due to the COVID-19  pandemic, all classes must be contactless by paying and reserving through our online scheduler (  No refunds for missed classes


    1. Hi Christi! Pole fitness is definitely a lot of fun, as well as being a great work-out. Open Pole is available to students which have taken one or more pole classes, as a time to practice what is learned in class. Tuesday evenings at 8:15 are a good time for new students to attend. We have also added a couple of Intro to Pole Classes on Monday nights (10/10-10/17) this month. Hope you can make 1 or more of them! The best way to reserve your spot, is to purchase your number of classes online. Let me know if you have any other questions!

    1. Hi there! Our Monday night 8:15pm class is the perfect night for people just starting out with pole. Under the Class Schedule / Class Details tab, you can see our current classes along with some descriptions. Hope that helps answer any questions!

    1. Wonderful! We would love to have you join us. Our Intro to Pole on Monday evenings would be the perfect place to start. We also offer a flexibility class which is open level. Click on the class schedule tab, you can find a link under the calendar. The link will take you to our online scheduler where you can purchase and schedule your classes.
